Our extremely popular Rent to Own program gives customers the flexibility of paying their building off overtime instead of paying for the building up front. Only the first months payments is due when placing the order and then your next payment is due 30 days AFTER your building gets delivered. 

Besides the extremely low up front cost, there is no credit check, and these amazing benefits.

• If at any time the building becomes a financial burden, you can simply return it with no damage to your credit. With standard financing options this is not possible.
• If you decide you have outgrown your building you can trade up to a larger building without losing your initial investment.
• At any time you’re able to pay off your building without a prepayment penalty.
• Cook does not check credit or tie up credit that you may need for larger purchases like cars and homes.

Absolutely!! Our Rent to Own program does not require any type of credit check or yearly income. 

You can pay your building off at any point with NO penalty. 

Your first payment will be due 30 days after the day your building is delivered.

Yes as long as there isn't any steep hills and there is a clear path 14' wide by 14' tall. For more details visit our "Prepare for Delivery" page. 

This is very common. You will need to remove a section of the fence that is 2' wider than the width of the building. If you buy a 10' wide building, you will need a path of at least 12'. This will need to be done prior to delivery. 

Unlike our competitors, we do NOT hire independent drivers.  Our professional fleet are personally invested in the success of our company and genuinely care about every customer and building they deliver. 

Yes you do. We offer a 6'x12' Slim Shed that works perfect for situations like this. It even comes with a window and double doors!

You will need to reach out to your nearest dealer and they will collect the info and submit it to our repair team. Our 3 southern Illinois locations are Carterville, Murphysboro, and Mt. Vernon.
